I don't have any real experience with Drupal as of yet.
As with all CMS, after a few hour of tinkering and tutorials I was able to build this site using my template specifications.
This is Version 6.
Version 7 is still too new to have a great deal of tutorials and documentation available.
I will wait awhile to begin working with it.
